We draft wills as well as winding up of the deceased estate. We attend to the Masters of the High Court in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Mafikeng, Polokwane as well as Mbombela (Nelspruit).
Family Law
We attend to all family law matters which are property related, such as divorces which affect spousal and child maintenance and custody.
Commercial Work
We attend to the drafting of contracts, advice on contracts and other commercial matters, formation of trusts and general tax implications involved in property transactions and leases.
Notary Public
We have a team of Notary Public qualified persons which are well experienced to assist with the following:Antenuptial contracts – drafting, advising and registration at the deeds office. Long-term leases, cessions, authentication of documents, notarial bonds, exclusive use areas and general advice on the types of marriages.
Property Related
In order to support our conveyancing department, we have decided to include the following services to make RSI a one-stop shop of all that is property-related. We do evictions, interdicts, caveats, draft agreements of sale for both residential and commercial properties, as well as lease agreements for both residential and commercial properties.
