Conveyancing
Transfer of property, bond registrations, cancellation of bonds, registration and opening of sectional title schemes as well as township developments, subdivisions, consolidations, notarial tie agreements and registration in the deeds office, registration of servitudes.
Wills and deceased Estates
We draft wills as well as winding up of the deceased estate. We attend to the Masters of the High Court in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Mafikeng, Polokwane as well as Mbombela (Nelspruit).

In order to support our conveyancing department, we have decided to include the following services to make RSI a one-stop shop of all that is property-related. We do evictions, interdicts, caveats, draft agreements of sale for both residential and commercial properties, as well as lease agreements for both residential and commercial properties.

RSI was established over 15 years ago, in 2010, by Phasudi Doctor Segogoba and Cheryl Ramsamy. Both Doctor and Cheryl are well qualified and experienced Conveyancers (Property Lawyers) with more than 40 years of experience between the two of them.
RSI is a 100% black-owned firm with its offices in Johannesburg, Gauteng Province. Cheryl later exited the practice to pursue other interests outside the legal fraternity and Doctor is currently the sole owner of RSI. Doctor is assisted by a team of Attorney, Conveyancer, Notary Public as well as well-trained and experienced paralegals.
